JUTH Management Holds Emergency Meeting on Payment System Concerns

The top management of Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH), alongside major stakeholders, convened an emergency meeting at the JUTH Boardroom in response to recent feedback circulating on social media regarding the hospital’s payment systems.
The meeting addressed public concerns and clarified the deployment of a new, more seamless and efficient payment system through Opay, designed to replace previous methods and improve patient experience.
Management emphasized the need for proactive public education, charging the SERVICOM Unit and the Information Protocol and Public Relations (IPPR) Department to intensify efforts in sensitizing patients and visitors on how to access and utilize the new payment platforms and designated pay points across the hospital.
