Comprehensive Health Centres/Annex

Jos, Nigeria – The Chief Medical Director (CMD) of the Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH), Dr. Pokop W. Bupwatda, has inaugurated the Committee on Comprehensive Emergency Obstetrics and Newborn Care (CEMONC) under the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA). This initiative, spearheaded by the Minister of Health, Dr. Ali Pate, aims to enhance maternal and newborn healthcare services within JUTH.

The Accident and Emergency (A&E) Department is a critical component of the Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH), serving as the frontline for urgent medical care.
