NARD Pays Courtesy Visit to JUTH Ahead of National Executive Council Meeting

The Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) has paid a courtesy visit to the Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH) ahead of its National Executive Council (NEC) meeting.
The NARD delegation was warmly received by the management of Jos University Teaching Hospital, who welcomed the association and expressed appreciation for the visit. The visit formed part of activities surrounding the association’s National Executive Council meeting, with NARD commending JUTH for its guidance, support, and willingness to host the national gathering.
Speaking during the visit, the President of the Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors, Dr. Ahmed Musa Suleman, expressed gratitude to the hospital management for their continuous support and mentorship throughout the professional journey of resident doctors. He particularly appreciated the Chief Medical Director (CMD) and the management of JUTH for hosting the NEC meeting and for providing a conducive environment for its success. As a gesture of appreciation, the NARD President presented a T-shirt to the CMD on behalf of the association and reaffirmed NARD’s commitment to sustaining a strong working relationship with JUTH.
In his remarks, the Chief Medical Director of Jos University Teaching Hospital expressed his gratitude to NARD and congratulated the association and the National Officers’ Council on the successful organization of the National Executive Council meeting. He commended resident doctors for their dedication, patriotism, and commitment to serving the nation, noting their vital role in ensuring stability within health facilities across Nigeria.
The CMD further assured the association of JUTH’s continued support, emphasizing the hospital’s readiness to work closely with NARD and the National Officers’ Council toward strengthening stability in health facilities and securing a better future for the medical profession in Nigeria.
