FCMB PENSION Ltd MANAGEMENT VISITS JUTH, DISCUSSES PENSION BENEFITS FOR MANAGEMENT AND STAFF

The Executive Director, Business Development and Operations of FCMB Pension Limited Mr. Osarhieme Osaghae and other members of FCMB Pension Ltd paid a familiarization visit to the management of Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH) on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, to discuss the various benefits of the pension scheme offered by the organization. 

During the visit, FCMB Pension Ltd highlighted the importance of financial security for employees and the advantages of enrolling in a well-structured pension scheme. The team assured JUTH’s management of their commitment to providing seamless pension management services that ensure a comfortable retirement for workers.

The Chief Medical Director of JUTH, Dr. Pokop Bupwatda, welcomed the FCMB Pension delegation and emphasized the need for proper pension awareness and indicated interest in the scheme.

He advised the Human Resources (HR) department of FCMB Pension Ltd to collaborate with the officer in charge of the pension unit in JUTH Mr. Martins Tobias. This collaboration, he stated, would ensure that newly employed staff are well informed and allowed to make their preferred choice of a pension fund administrator.

 

The meeting also provided an opportunity for an interactive session where concerns related to pension administration were addressed. Both parties expressed a commitment to strengthening their partnership to ensure JUTH staff receive the best pension services available.

 

The visit ended on a positive note, with assurances of continuous engagement to enhance pension awareness and benefits for JUTH employees.
