DELIVERING HOPE BEYOND BORDERS: FREE MEDICAL OUTREACH AT JUTH THIS OCTOBER

In a significant display of community-focused healthcare, Professor Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, the current National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), is leading the organization of a free medical outreach in collaboration with Sharing Hope Medical Mission, Sharing Hope Care and Foundation, and Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH).
The outreach, under the rallying theme “Delivering Hope Beyond Borders; Healing Without Limits,” is set to take place at JUTH from October 9 to 10, 2025, and extends an open invitation to all community members. During a recent meeting of hospital stakeholders, JUTH officials expressed their enthusiasm for the initiative and encouraged widespread community participation.
The proposed dates for this project are October 9 and October 10, 2025, the location is the Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH), Jos, Plateau State.
Free Services to Be Offered
•General consultations and diagnostics
•Major and minor surgeries, including:
•Gynecological operations
•Eye surgeries
•Orthopedic (bone) procedures
•Dental care
•Pediatric healthcare
•Free distribution of essential medications and medical supplies
•Additional support: screenings, vaccinations, and health talks—all offered at no cost
This collaborative effort reflects Prof. Yilwatda’s commitment, together with JUTH, to deliver compassionate health services to underserved populations, reaffirming their shared mission to promote healing, hope, and total community well-being.
